There are those who believe that the cup of Christ at the last supper is the one thing that can stop time and allow you to remain young forever. The unfortunate thing however is that no one has any idea where the cup is and so for now, remaining young indefinitely is out of our reach. It doesn’t mean however that scientists are not trying every single day to come up with something that will provide us with the fountain of youth. For those of us who are waiting for science to help, there are some things that we can be getting on with to help us to remain younger for longer in Australia.
There are things that you can invest in like an affordable, effective microneedling pen and its purpose is to allow you to reduce the lines and wrinkles that are currently on your face. They may be their due to the lifestyle that you lead, the fact that you spend too much time in sunshine or maybe it’s just genetics, but whatever the reason you should be able to keep them at bay for longer. This is just one top tip to help you keep your youthful looks and the following are some others that you might want to consider.
- Keep yourself hydrated – You wouldn’t believe the number of people all around Australia and the world who are dehydrated at this very point. Medical practitioners tell us that we should be drinking at least two if not three litres of water every single day to keep our bodies properly hydrated. This excludes any soft drinks, coffee or tea that you drink throughout the day and so it is a lot to get in over the course of 24 hours. Try to get into the habit of always carrying a water bottle around with you and then you will be more inclined to sip from it.
- Protect your skin from the sun – You may think that your all-over tan makes you look younger and healthy but you will be paying for time spent in direct sunshine as you begin to age. The sun is a major cause of our skin getting lines, wrinkles and experiencing pigmentation that makes us look much older than we actually are. Before you go out in the sun first thing in the morning, make sure that you apply sunscreen and especially on the more exposed parts of your body like your face, your neck and your ears.
- Get a good night’s sleep – Sleep is crucial if you want to stay younger and to look younger as well. During the sleep process, your body is trying to fix itself from everything that you have put it through on that day and so you should be getting at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep and at least one hour of deep sleep.
Follow these three pieces of advice and you will look much younger then you actually are.
